Intech Rang-Du-Fliers

Welcome to our headquarters in Rang-du-Fliers, where innovation meets sustainability! This new state-of-the-art and eco-friendly facility is 118,000 square feet (11,000 square meters), our headquarters will serve as a hub of cutting-edge research, development, and production. Every aspect of this facility has been meticulously designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Intech Naples 

Welcome to our cutting-edge facility in Naples, FL. With 30,000 sq. ft. operations in Naples, FL, this site adds vertically integrated capabilities that span from gun-drilling to grinding, taking drills, taps and handheld devices all the way to cleaning, passivation, and sterile packaging. Lenkbar's state-of-the-art infrastructure and cutting-edge technology have earned them a stellar reputation within the Trauma, Extremities, and Sports Medicine space.

Intech Kenosha 

Our Kenosha facility specializes in instruments and silicone overmolded handles. With a focus on customer service and innovation, what used to be Bradshaw Medical has earned an exceptional reputation and holds over 40 patents for its engineering prowess. 

Intech Athens 

At Intech Athens formely known as Turner Medical, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional services and driving innovation in orthopedic manufacturing. Our recently completed 40,000 square-foot expansion has transformed our facility near Huntsville, AL, bringing our total surface area to over 100,000 square feet. This expansion enhances our expertise in complex instruments and implants while accelerating our time-to-market through vertical integration.

Intech Penang 

In 2016, Intech made a groundbreaking move by establishing its first-ever site in the thriving region of Asia-Pacific, specifically in Penang, Malaysia. This strategic 29,500 sq.ft location serves as the production hub for our cutting-edge instruments and innovative implants. Discover the fusion of precision, quality, and expertise at our Penang site, as we continue to revolutionize the field of medical instruments and implants. 

Intech Châtellerault 

Discover our Intech Chatellerault facility in France. This site is our European Center-of-Excellence for spine, extremities and trauma implants manufacturing (CNC machining as well as 3D-printing). This State-of-the-Art facility is not only ISO13485 certified & FDA registered but also ANVISA certified. This location boasts an impressive machine park (30+ Swiss machines and PEEK dedicated equipment), as well as vertically integrated capabilities such as in-house Titanium type I, II and III anodizing and packaging expertise for faster turn-around. 

Intech Saint-Soupplets 

Because quality Medical Devices deserve premium Delivery Systems... Follow us as we journey through our Center-of-Excellence for Cases & Trays at Intech Saint-Soupplets (formerly known as Pyxidis). The highly robotized facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment which enables skilled Intechers to think outside of the box and deliver customized cases that are designed to perfection for optimal cleaning and sterilization!

Intech Toulon 

Welcome to our cutting-edge facility in Toulon, France, an extension of our headquarters. The sites  provides top-notch services in programming, automated tool storage and retrieval systems, tool identification and measurement, raw material management, milling, turning, inspection, blasting, and control. Our Toulon site encompasses an impressive range of capabilities, all aimed at delivering excellence in product development and manufacturing.
